Shiitake

Perhaps the best known and most popular gourmet mushroom is the Shiitake. Great earthy flavor that goes well with most any meal. Can be used as a great main course in many ways. (See recipe page for ideas like vegetarian "Meatballs", "Chicken" Parm, Shiitacos, and many more.)

Oyster Mushrooms are great for everything from appetizers to great mushroom soups. We grow various strains of Oyster Mushrooms including Blue Oyster, Pearl Oyster (tan color), and Pink Oyster.

Lions Mane is the "Hidden Gem" of gourmet mushrooms. Aside from studies linking it to improved brain function (thus the nickname "Brain Food"), this odd looking "snowball" shaped mushroom is delicious and can be used for such dishes as Vegetarian "Crab" Cakes, Vegetarian "Clam" Chowder, and vegetarian "Chicken" Nuggets.
